Trump is a businessman - his economic plans are very appealing to the right, and the fact that he does back up what he says. He said he was gonna lower gas prices, he’s mostly done that. He said he was going to raise tariffs for overseas trades and keep auto and oil production in America, which he’s also started to do. This all comes with the side effect of him being an absolute piece of shit, which the right pretty much ignores as long as they can get rich

i'm also not referring to past administrations because this was funded and supported by the Trump Administration and if you read rhe article I linked Trump literally joked about Alligators eating the inmates. Yes, past administration were deporting undocumented immigrants. However if they were doing it in this way then it would've also been reported about it. You can't deny that Trump's admin specifically is taking detaining of immigrants to a inhumane level.

Yeah they used this literary device called a simile which is a comparison of someone to a another thing typically using like or as to make a description more vivid and wnvoke empathy. It's weird that you didn't know that. Speaking of empathy it's pretty fucked up to suggest taxing & profitting off of undocumented people instead of saying there should be easier way for them to get documentation. Remember that they are PEOPLE first. Plus no one is "breaking in" onto stolen land.

my point is that my comment expressed that i disagree with the prison camp, and i have enough knowledge to hold that opinion. do i know the exact details? no. but i dont need to do more research to disagree with a concentration camp.

Same justifications don’t apply. Neglect of detainees happens in every administration because providing for captives is hard, yet the majority of the American electorate thinks border enforcement is important. Dems disclaim the abuses bc they were always trying to minimize these harms and tolerate/forgive illegal immigrants. But the Trump administration is prioritizing enforcemnt, defying court orders, flouting due process, bragging about human rights abuses, & salivating while planning new ones
