What exactly does this group do?

I went to my first training today and there were 5 of us dudes and 30 girls, which sucks considering how many guys I know who are victims or personally knew a victim last year alone

My university does a mandatory discussion with incoming freshmen, there’s also an anonymous student-run sexual assault hotline and a sexual violence prevention center that handles promotional events, staffs booths, etc

Interesting. However, what does the prevention center do?

Counseling, police intervention, restraining orders, title ix referrals, rape kits, hospital access

That’s interesting. I completely support it and feel it’s important to have these things, but I do not see myself being able to handle these situations.
