3 is correct only in specific groups, it’s far from universal, most guys respect a committed relationship far more than general “can fuck”-ness and find the fiending annoying. I think a bigger reason for why it appears this way is the general expectation of guys to initiate contact, for hookups or dating. So the overly horny guys are approaching everyone they can, while overly horny girls generally seem more likely to just accept those cringey advances than make their own.

Well one reason is bc its expected of us. Sure 🍆✊ can replace sex, but not respect. If u never get laid, people will assume u cant (rightly; any guy who can, will; even if just to prove it to himself). If you never even try, absolutely *everyone* will respect you less. Even those of us who would never admit to that still use variations of “doesn’t fuck” as a go-to below the belt insult without even thinking about it.
