If you don’t wanna do a situationship you’re gonna have to tell him no, and if he doesn’t wanna consider dating after that even if he doesn’t move then I don’t think you can do much unfortunately

Keep it casual and put boundaries so it stays more as friends if you’re comfortable with that. That way it won’t stray into a situationship if there’s boundaries. Could be tough though given you already have feelings

Tell him what you’re willing to, and not willing to do. If he’s not willing to do what you want from him, and you’re not willing to do what he wants from you, then say you’re sorry it wasn’t meant to be and let that be the end of it.
