many men have given up on commitment due to the advent of hookup culture. commitment, chivalry, etc are no longer required to sleep with women, making it the easiest choice which a lot of men (foolishly and impulsively) end up picking.

Oh that's because of different reasons. You can blame being ignored on HR policy and brainwashing reguarding professional conduct/workplace sexual harassment and the very real possible (albeit relatively rare) negative consequences for asking out the wrong women.

If you have already made up your mind as for why you are not being approached, why bother asking us? I'm trying to tell you the reason why things are the way they are. Even by my explanation it is expected for many many women to never be approached by a guy.
