Just compliment them for smth you genuinely like, it’ll mean more too. I feel like ppl can kinda tell when a compliment is fake. One of the best compliments I’ve ever gotten was in middle school sum girls were talking abt eyebrows and one of them looked at me and was like, yk you have really good eyebrows. Still think abt to this day

I guess it depends on why you’re asking/saying. But if you’re tryna put the moves on him a compliment is a great start, sticking around for a chat is an even better one. Not a guy in the world who’ll be turned off by a little stuttering in that situation, just so ya know
