Mainly a question I didn’t want to put on for the boys, because I feel like it wouldn’t be taken as seriously. But what do you guys do to get yourself out of a funk wouldn’t you suddenly just become really depressed?
What works for me is I’m kinda religious so I have to pray 5x a day no matter what, and at the very least that gets me up and moving

Some time outside does wonders for your health, both mental but also physical. I'm not suggesting you go for a run or anything intensive, but even sitting on a bench at a park is good for you.

Because I was fine all day until I got back to my room, and I realized a minute ago that I have just been staring at my ceiling for 2 1/2 hours doing nothing no music no TV just sitting there in a Rolly chair spinning

I like the thought, sadly I’m not that religious. I’m “Christian” but I’ve had a lot of unpleasant experiences at different churches over the last few years so I don’t really do the whole religion thing rn
