I try to stay out of politics but from my perspective liberals didn’t do that much to attract men. Other groups took advantage of this and capitalized on men and their problems they face and brought them in their communities by providing outlets for their issues. I’ve also been told that younger people are going towards religion which could be another explanation
As someone said I think it’s because the liberals are really good at villainizing men for every little thing and it turns them away from issues that matter because why would they support the ideas of people who do nothing but hate them. If the left capitalized on attracting male support more then they may have more people switch sides at least socially or lean more left socially
Cis men have sisters and daughters and plenty of people in their lives affected by these policies. Idk how else to respond. It’s not just a women’s issue. Very few people genuinely hate men, and even fewer hate men simply for being men. They hate consequences of broken systems and a very lost/misguided moment in our collective culture.
I understand your point and I can see it, I come from a family of a LOT of women and have a sister and many female cousins so I see how these things can affect them. I also see the other side of the coin where almost every post I see on social media attacks men or something having to do with men. Lots of female influencers that I see are like ‘omg I hate men so much.’ I’m not saying the system isn’t broken but I’m saying that this is probably due to that side of social media that is villainizing
I can see that. It’s sad how the media can get so saturated with the wrong things. People end up getting targetted by the algorithm with things that purposefully make them mad. Like for me, I would get Andrew Tate stuff all the time. It sucks. I hope that things get better soon is all I can say, before the divide gets bigger.
