As a white guy, I genuinely don’t get how so many other white guys apparently have an issue with that. I’ve never not liked someone because of their race/skin color

Ngl, imagine a guy asking you if you liked [insert race] that you (in your right mindedness) didnt feel super strongly about or even really liked. You’d probably be thrown off by the question regardless. That said, if they like you and are FUCKING NORMAL, they’ll say “yeah” and the yaps will carry on. Any reaction more negative than a “yeah” is indicative of some you didnt wanna date. There is no way to ask “w/o making it weird” as it is an inherently weird question. Not weird of YOU for asking,

What’s the context in which you’re asking? Maybe just ask if he finds you attractive, rather than if he finds black girls attractive in general, if that’s what you are really wanting to know anyway?

I feel like there aren’t many ways to explain to people that you aren’t attracted to darker skinned women without it seeming racist… at least that’s how the people I’ve told react.

I really hope it’s more on the common side, but I’ve unfortunately heard a lot of stories from black girls about their dating experiences :( just gotta hold out hope that you’ll find a good man eventually who will properly see you and love you as you are
