I’ve noticed ppl being like it’s leg day at the gym. Is it weird to do the full body. I do legs arms, abs same day.

Probably better to go heavy on one area at a time so they have time to recover by the next time you work out that area

Not as effective to hit different muscle groups is all. Ur better off targeting compounds and stuff as a general rule of thumb. Part of why push pull legs is so popular

You can do full body workouts if you know what you’re doing, but most people do some kind of split. I prefer push (chest and tri), pull (back and bi), shoulders+traps+forearms, and legs. Each is a different day. I do abs every day after the other exercises
