What is the thought process behind random guys who follow me on insta. It’s not like they ever slide into my DMs or anything, yet the second I posted my bf on valentines I noticed quite a few unfollowing. what was ever the goal there?

But if I did I feel like it wouldn’t matter if he had a gf bc like obviously I’m not dating him either way, so him not being single wouldn’t rly detract from viewing pleasure

Weird. Ugh. Sometimes I rly think I should set my account back to private. I just rly don’t get it, like if they know they’re not getting with me either way I don’t see what difference having a bf makes.

I do it bc my friend likes to post a lot repost everything and she can only repost my things if I stay public. I only have like. A very small group of followers minus the odd handful of incredibly mid middle age men who keep following me. At least my bf scared them off. I just wanna understand what the thought process could POSSIBLY be. I don’t even post very often or have much of myself up there to look at

Thats just whats worked for me because if you dm someone who doesnt follow you back it will go into their requested dms inbox but np
