Snap him about your day, see if he bites. Keep it casual, and if you see good signs, then suggest the idea of the two of you hanging out after a few days of simple convo and shi

My bad I missed the part where you said you never even talked to him. You have to cross paths somehow (ideally) and just establish contact for now, and you don’t even have to be direct if talking to guys is hard 4u. A simple compliment is a good start n if you can come across him again, ask him about his job to get talking. You need to express interest (indirectly, so it’s not too forward) At some point you need to ask for contact info if he doesn’t ask you, or last resort just add and start snp
