My bf is home for the holidays, went out with his friends and I see his location wasnt at his house. He went to bed at like 3 am at an apartment I didn’t recognize. Then I asked this morning where are you and he told me it’s his guy friends house. Like don’t really care if he sleeps over at his friends but is it wrong to expect he should tell me that he’s doing that or should he not have to tell me

Personally I’d tell my partner my plans. I also think though it would be safe to assume he was probably drinking and was gonna stay the night somewhere, he may have been too drunk to remember to tell you maybe?

Yeah like that’s a very real possibility, I also would tell him if I was sleeping elsewhere but when I’m drunk I don’t blackout but he does

He’s don’t that before but it was at a girls place but like all the guys slept there and I told him it made me uncomfortable and he is old enough to buy an uber home and shouldn’t be getting that blacked out. But at least this was at a guys place but still just with the history of how that made me stressed out before I wish he would give me a heads up. I just don’t want to come across as overly controlling where it’s like I’m demanding his every whereabouts

They didn’t tell me anything later on or that they were sleeping somewhere else, I don’t mostly care what he does when he goes out but if he’s not sleeping at his place I probably would like to know
