Your prob best off telling ur gf that ur embarrassed by them when they do that and don’t like it, so if her parents ever bring it up she can help defend you. My grandparents have met each other maybe 4 total times so this really isn’t a relationship killer

It’ll prob not happen but that’s ok. Ik for a fact if I dated a girl and her parents met mine they wouldn’t like them and she wouldn’t like them either but I wouldn’t care
