There’s not much you really can do in the moment to help outside of helping him move away from danger if he got hit hard enough to immobilize him while there’s still an active threat

Lol I figured but the joke was there. There really isn’t much you can do. Unless it was bad enough of an injury to rupture a testy, only time can heal.
