I think both things are terrible. And that judge needs to be questioned

Bruv how are you actually trying to argue that false accusations aren’t bad? Strawman is not a lucrative career path

1. nobody said false accusations arent bad 2. as a man, you are more likely to be raped by another man than you are to be falsely accused.

it is still bad but its not as comparable to literally rape. also using something bad to have a “gotcha” moment to another bad thing is silly. both can be bad simultaneously it doesnt get rid of victims not being believed. its also, would you rather believe a potential liar or a potential rapest???

1. Milfhunters did (unless they were saying rape isn’t bad, in which case egg on my face) 2. Severity is the topic at hand not propensity, so I’m not sure why you brought this up (unless you thought people didn’t already know this, in which case egg on my face)

3 was responding to Milfhunters who said false accusations (I assume) aren’t bad which is what 3 was disagreeing with. Nobody on this post has compared the two. Except I guess Milfhunters.

You chose to frame it in a way that suggests its shameful to think there should be punishment for false allegations

I questioned why the age of 16 was relevant but then I realized this was in the UK.

I would agree but isn’t it kinda problematic to see them both as potential anything? Innocent until proven guilty is very important, and so i don’t think anyone should be considered a potential anything until it is proven they did it (now of course there is just a thing as being held before a trial but that’s done for everyone based off the severity of the accusations not who they would want to believe in a given situation that may have occured)
