Wait an hour and then read this back to yourself as if your best friend sent it to you. What would you tell your bestie? Would you tell her that she deserves her harsh manipulative man and should say or would you tell her she's being a moron? Maybe you'd go less extreme than those two options, but hopefully my words get you thinking.
