cut snacking. dont eat until you're stuffed, eat until you're satisfied. cut excess sugar and saturated fat. get those probiotic sodas like poppi, they taste really good and are super good for you as well. try to add more ginger and turmeric to your diet as well, and hit your water goals. salmon and tuna are also good meats to hit protein goals without too much unhealthy fat. i would also invest in smoothie ingredients, kale ginger and avocado are good here because you can pair them with a lot
CALORIE DEFICIT!! I use MyFitnessPal, been using it for over a year, people say it gives you an eating disorder, but that’s literally losing weight. Seeing what you eat put into numbers. I was 280 when I started, I’m floating around 235 now. It took me less than a year to get there. But I also didn’t work out in that time. Just passive walking with my job and logging calories burned through steps on my Apple Watch (or Fitbit!) or in my phones health app
