It's okay to want a hot and ambitious guy who's also caring and loyal, but include that in the original post instead of asking a question while not giving the full context

well that was actually not my question tho i stick to my original one that was just a follow up. i’m an attractive ambitious person and still i’m caring an loyal. is it not normal to like expect to be somewhat attracted to someone you’re gonna date? i’m just saying that adds another level of rarity that sucks

yeah 100% but i’m talking about conventional attractiveness. bc like someone with more options is probably less likely to be loyal. maybe im wrong

Yes exactly, "why are there no loyal conventionally attractive men" is a different question than "why are there no loyal men"

i get why that would be a big difference if i were only taking about physical cheating but im not. i’m about asking about the nature of men when it comes to social media and wandering eyes

Also ambitious, which is generally doesnt stop in one field “I am striving to win out over others for financial and social gain, but in terms of my relationships I am all in for one person, despite being hot and having many others available.” Im not saying they dont exist, but this is trying to find a food thats healthy, tastes great, and is affordable.

i mean yeah i agree it’s impossible to find which is why my first question is do they even exist at all like is a person with a penis and male hormones capable of it. i know women who have options and are ambitious that just want their partner, myself included. idk why this is like a crazy follow up question

I think it does, there are plenty of old stories that are legendary history where the ambitious, desirable man seeks his partner. That archetype wouldnt exist if no one had ever been that. Odysseus (by the standards of the period), various Prince Charming’s, Isaac, Tzar Nicholas II

i think this was probably much easier to come by before social media and porn tho. like ik there are guys who won’t cross the line of physically/emotionally cheating but will look at other girls online and watch porn. like not even wanting to do that is a whole other level of love i’ve only seen in women

Depends on when youre thinking, because different cultures at different times have different expectations. Even to what success means. The modern idea that its equal to wealth is just that. For a long time it was about victory in battle, wealth was a product of it, but the victory was the ambition
