There are different degrees of kinks, usually ranging from less taboo to several taboo. You could argue liking big butts is a kink. It’s a really common one, but not EVERYBODY is attracted to it. Most people have things that they are attracted to sexually. Some might be more taboo than others, some might be REALLY TABOO. A lot of kinks aren’t really controlled. So long as everything is consensual and nobody is getting hurt* then all you need to do is talk to the person about their desires.

I read once that everyone who experiences sexual attraction has a kink, but many might not figure it out and/or it might not be very extreme
