Coming from someone who is built like that naturally, that’s why I was asking

Because we have eyes and nobody looks like that in day to day life, not even the models themselves. They spent hours painting themselves up and then fasted the day(s) leading up to the event, strutted across a room with artificial lighting from angles you’d never get anywhere else, and then the photos got digitally touched up afterwards.

It’s not the body type as much but the face. She’s known to have had MULTIPLE plastic surgeries on her face

Yeah but from extremely healthy low calorie eating and working out or not eating enough and working out too much, not from plastic surgery

Kendall Jenner has been accused of plastic surgery consistently. I doubt she has but with how many have gotten surgery to match her it’s a poisoned well when brought up.
