The first statement she made (legally binding statement) did allege consent. While this is likely not the full truth as trauma can keep victims from being able to speak fully about their experiences early on, this statement is real, available online and is admissible in court. I believe that she isn’t lying about the rape, but her 2024 statement is real.

Correction: only 6 accused were interviewed. So maximum 26. I’d love to hear what the witnesses have to say though.(Almost all the witnesses were the frat boys at the party)
