I’ve used our HR submission process like once. It’s an automated system that a real person checks like maybe twice a month. I’ll most likely build up the courage to tell him to stop and I’ll just have to keep doing that until he actually stops.

So, the thing about telling my boss is he will tell me to submit an HR report which takes months to be resolved if they even get to it. On top of that, my boss doesn’t work in my office. He just oversees from a different state. All that to say, I’m kinda on my own with this one. 😬

Well then if he doesn’t stop, then I’d inform your higher ups that handle you two. The authorities if he touching goes gets much worse than a hug.
