Historically, people who say they care, often don’t. I cite behavioral racism allegedly beginning when European men starting brining home wives from other countries they sailed to, thus making gossip at tea time a festering pool of gossip. I guess it’s the concept that despite everyone around him talking negatively, trying to fill his head with propaganda, he’s appreciated by his xeno girlfriend, thus loves her more than all the people around him can hate.

I haven’t seen the film yet, but the concept is real. Saw it when I was in the military. Even guys who would normally be labeled “racist” like girls of other races. (I’m not even sure race is a real thing, I maintain we are all just different shades of tan)

I don’t mean to give you a false picture of reality, I’m sure there are some genuinely racist people to their core still, but most of the people who are labeled “racist” aren’t when it comes to women.
