i am not a man but it depends, grunting during a heavy set is normal. full on screaming is just unnecessary

I understand that noises are going to happen when you are doing a heavy lift and you’re pushing your limits. That said, your HGH ass is not having a hard time with the 45 lb dumbbells you JUST NOW grabbed off the rack.

i have always told these noise police types that if they can match my 500+ lb squat with complete silence i will learn to do so. until that happens i will continue to breathe appropriately while moving heavy weights

I have NEVER heard a girl in the gym sound like she was getting railed. And I am 200% sure I’d notice lmfao

I had a guy do handstand pushups two feet away from and everyone was staring in our direction. I do think there is merit to learning how to control your breathing and noise output at the gym

There’s a difference between screaming like your head is getting cut off bc you’re lifting a 45 pound dumbbell and grunting from exertion of lifting weights 90% of the population can’t even lift

My bad for doing other sets before grabbing dumbbells for a different exercise, didn't realize that was an issue
