Tight underwear is super uncomfortable. I’ve had my balls be in pain for days after walking around in underwear that’s too tight so yeah imagine it’s similar.

I wear it everyday and I don't find it uncomfortable, in fact it's more comfortable to me. I feel secured yknow. But none is better than anything so maybe it is kinda like taking off a bra

Tight underwear isn’t good for testicle health but from personal experience I can say taking off one of these is my equivalent

Not underwear, but most men’s pants aren’t made/designed with a guy having a big butt in mind so whenever I’m wearing chinos or similar pants it gets pretty tight up front and I’d imagine the feeling of relief for taking them off is pretty similar
