You are screaming into the void. But if you meant that as a serious question, the reason he doesn’t know you like him is that you haven’t told him. And you don’t need to be worried about scaring him off. That would only happen if he didn’t like you back in the first place. If it’s any easier on your nerves, try asking him if he likes YOU
