I consider myself and strong and independent woman, but I am a woman. In my opinion, I want the man to pursue me. You can be a strong/ independent woman and still want to have femininity. Having the right man in your life lets you put down your guard and be a softer more dependent woman which is a good thing. So TLDR if you like a girl respectfully ask her out and pursue her. If she throws that in your face then she is no woman.
