I’m a girl just gonna state this before I continue but I don’t stare (especially now because I have a bf) but when I was single I would just check a girl out not actually stare because I wouldn’t want to make them uncomfy.

So I usually never stare, maybe for like 2 seconds if I’m like “wow, that’s cool.” But never for longer than that. One thing is it’s absolutely instinctive to look. Whenever I, and probably most guys in general, notice someone with revealing / tight clothes, our eyes just go there automatically. And then most guys look away because it’s rude / creepy to check someone out like that

But the length of looking (like gawking and staring for a long time is more lust), how they interact, how/if they react to their buds, how they compliment if they do (like hey that outfit looks nice vs wow look at your tits).
