I think at a certain point it just makes someone more aesthetically unpleasant to look at, and even before reaching that point it’s still a turn off because it usually reflects on their personality, and means that they’ll probably be less capable in bed. There’s also a matter of ego. Most guys would rather be with someone they feel proud introducing to their friends, which means that it’s better if a girl is at least somewhat in line with modern beauty standards.

I’m not against taller women but larger women? Typically that implies a lack of willing to workout or do outdoor activities and I like actively hiking and doing running. So it’s more of a lifestyle difference

I think theres a range where it’s fine. Once your weight begins to hinder your physical capacity then it’s a problem. However I can’t speak for all men. My dad for example loves bigger women.
