I had miradry procedure done. It basically microwaves your sweat glands in your pits. I also use carpe deodorant. Before I would sweat through a shirt simply from sitting in a chair and have sweat still running down my arms.

When I did it it was $1500 and then I got a second round a year later and they gave me a discount and it was $1200. I worked my butt off for that money. I can wear shirts now that aren’t black without showing my sweat. I was a very bad case of hyperhydrosis though.
