Hard agree. Reminder that we live in a world in which “politics” is who deserves rights. Especially if you are your friends are immigrants, trans, queer, or anything else currently under attack.

I usually lead with politics is because I don’t want to associate with people who support a fascist, be or dating or anything it’s important that you have similar moral values.
