By getting over whatever conditioning made you feel that your sense of self worth is tied to how many women you can woo in how little time, or to being in a relationship. Cuz frankly, this isn’t something that should be weighing on you (and many other people, for that matter), but it does while serving you ZERO purpose.

It’s all about how you carry urself and treat others. Unironically you can be a 4.5 out of 10 and push that to a solid 8 with nothing but changing how u act around girls

bro what? if youre on a college campus you can just go up to any girl, give her a compliment on her outfit, and start a conversation. theres also apps you can download that are specifically meant for talking to women

a great way to talk generally is to ask questions. if youre interested in someone you are generally gonna be curious anyways. also i am acknowledging there is a huge mental hurdle when it comes to approaching but u gotta rip that bandaid off sooner or later.
