Ugh well I can answer that go to a library, walk around town or campus, compliment NOT on body, but on style voice smile etc, start a convo! Ask what they are looking at/reading in a store or library for example and start a convo, don’t be forceful in convo, don’t be shy to ask for insta but take a no if they don’t want to talk to you
