Hair color, no, as long as it’s natural. Eye color, I have a preference for lighter eye colors (e.g. hazel, green, blue)

I have very slight preferences for certain hair colors, eyes I am neutral about, but I’d still date a woman with any natural hair color, I ain’t that superficial.
