I think babysteps. Like, slowly push yourself into situations you're a little more uncomfortable with. And btw, its always okay to express your vulnerability

This isn't a fucked up thing to say. I had a lot of emotional issues, saw a psychiatrist would recommended I see an endocrinologist. I got HRT. Feel much more stable basically.

btw the reason in say this is because I have had test issues that once resolved made me nearly emotionally invincible
