If you would wish her a happy birthday if her birthday was any other day of the year without it being weird, then it’s not weird to on her actual birthday.

Not weird but why would u wanna wish her a happy bday? She’s ur ex. As in X’d out of your life. I’m sure she doesn’t even care & it would probs stir up feelings on that day (HER day) of the breakup. (From a woman btw).
