don’t let your boyfriend stop you from finding your husband. that isn’t me saying that you should cheat because cheating is wrong obvi. I’m more so saying that if you notice you’re in a relationship that’s not serving you, that’s not bringing you something and not benefiting you in a way then look elsewhere. Don’t stick with somebody that drags you down.

Two set of sheets if you can, so you don’t have to stress about getting it off, washed and dried, and back on. You can just slap the new set on and do the rest at leisure

Mistakes are only bad if you can’t learn from them. Don’t be afraid of fucking up, you make more progress by trying and failing than being to afraid to ever try. Go to therapy even if you think you don’t need it. It’s scheduled time to dedicate to yourself and actually feeling better. Don’t play the games ever. Be it in relationships or with friends or strangers or enemies, it’s so not worth the time and the freedom of choosing yourself will always be better than “winning”. Self respect.

I don’t mean in a “value the body god has created” none of that. Remind yourself constantly that you are a person the same as anyone else and if you wouldn’t do it to someone else it shouldn’t be happening to you. Value yourself and your time and your energy and effort and feelings. Positive thoughts are genuinely something that takes practice. Be kind to yourself, even if you don’t believe it, keep doing it. Forgive yourself and tell yourself that you forgive yourself. - a big sister :)

I rlly like the switch you put on that instead of focusing the statement on treat others how you want to be treated bc I’ve found that is almost never the case at all. I like the if you wouldn’t be doing that to someone else it shouldn’t be happening to you bc it shows putting yourself first. Rlly needed that.
