As a man, I often deal with loneliness but I don’t know if the loneliness I experience has a male characteristic. Do you often experience loneliness and if so do you think there are differences from the loneliness men experience?

I experience loneliness. I think most people do. Even when I’m surrounded by people who care about me I can feel lonely. A lot of that stems from my anxiety

I’d say there are different kinds of loneliness, but it’s not differentiated by gender, or if it is it’s bc of how society views gender, not an inherent difference. Women have the same emotional range as men. We are not separate creatures

I experience loneliness often, even more when I’m with others. It’s okay to feel lonely, and yeah like the other comment it might stem from my anxiety. When I was younger I dealt with bad depression but have learned to cope. I think feeling lonely is common, just remember there are others who feel the same way as you and you are not actually alone.
