Did op say this was anything more than just a date? No. She said she had one date and then he left. Life isn’t a cringe hallmark movie. She asked for a date, she got the date, and then the date ended. Why would the man stay after that?

i’m pretty big on aftercare as a person like for men as well i make sure they feel loved and appreciated afterwards and everything so it did kind of make me feel pretty shitty
