Should probably put this on Askmen instead and sorry if it's rude to respond oh here but as a dude- it's insucurity or having your ego demoralized- A lot of men base their value/self worth on their attractiveness to women mostly just cuz modern day beauty standards(esp w the popularization of words like "chopped") Also with the "male loneliness epidemic" many blame it on their looks rather then their shit personalities which push them further into this insecurity
