Dude no. You worked hard for that. Don’t change your body type just to get female approval. Unless you only did all that to get female approval. Then maybe you should think about what YOU actually want to look like. The right one will come to you if you are a good person, show your authentic self, and put yourself out there.

What are you a guinea pig? It’s so unattractive how men look at polls of random ppl and assume they need to change bc of what others like when we don’t like the same things. You clearly are only doing bodily things for attention. Not for you or your health which is the shallow part of ppl that go to the gym. Just be yourself and ppl that like that type will be interested. Don’t just change it

Well you have to change your appearance to attract people. That was my main motivation for working out anyways, I don’t do sports and I haven’t enjoyed working out for a while

If you haven't enjoyed working out and are only doing it to look good then yeah it's totally ok to tone down your routine. But if you like your workouts and like the way you look then keep doin what you're doin and the right girl will find you

For me, I try to just be healthy. I like to be strong, but I take injury prevention seriously and do not ego lift or overwork myself. I make my body how I want it. I am not a canvas for potential partners to paint their preferences on, I am a person.

Oh, well there you go. If you didn’t like it to begin with and don’t want it now, then don’t do it to attract a partner. If you attract someone by doing activities you hate, you are setting yourself up to meet the wrong person. Would you really want to live your whole life with someone who only likes you for your muscles? Or someone who loves you but thinks you are a gym rat like her and talks about the gym 24/7? Show your real self, and you will find someone who loves you for who you are.

According to other comments he was mainly working out to attract women 🙃 so now that he saw this poll he’s ok with losing some of his progress and not being such a gym rat or buff since he was doing it for the women and actually doesn’t even enjoy working out as much 🫠
