There has been countless times where parents think redirecting their children is equivalent to punishing them and I think its wild af, why are parents now afraid of disciplining their children and leaving it to everyone else to pick up the pieces?

Nah I still punish my kid. She knows what no means and knows there consequences if she doesn’t follow the rules. I may be a young parent but I will never be a permissive parent
