i don’t think so. especially if he was being genuine about being interested in you but not having the time/mental capacity for it. it shows you’re still interested in either a potential relationship or maintaining the friendship imo

The issue is idrk our dynamic either😭 I saw him in passing twice actually after that rejection text, and we had short friendly conversation so ik theres no tension. And from our convos he seems like a sincere and direct guy
