(2) Ubering to a party. There was 3 of us girls and the Ubers were like $50 to the place that was 10-15 min away from us. she suggests her bf could drive us but then we’d all have to Venmo her bf the same rate as an uber. (Like each send him $20 or something). To drive us 10 min away… when he lives in the same town.

I said no immediately. #1 why wouldn’t your bf wanna do you a favor for free, #2 at that point I’m just paying for the $50 uber because how cheap are you that you’re trying to take advantage of your friends and convince them they need to pay your bf ….

My friends bf has driven us or picked us up several times and he seems happy to help because he loves her. She’s never asked me to chip in even when I’ve offered (for gas)

(Mind you she wasn’t asking for gas money, she literally said we would have to pay him the same rates that Ubers ask, if it was just for gas money I would’ve happily done it but also keep in mind the drive was only 10 min)

I know a guy who is STILL reaching out to his ex friend about money he thinks he is owed. I already gave this guy hundreds of dollars that he never paid back, and he didn’t even have the decency to find me some weird looking rocks like I asked him to. He also tried to manipulate his ex friend, saying things like “without me you’re a weirdo and no one likes you”
