Should people who are deemed to be risky job candidate’s because of lack of consistent employment history be able to opt out of their right to be paid for their work in order to prove themselves? Why or why not?

No. I’m so desperate and unemployable (inconsistent employment history) that I feel (very often) that I have no choice but to do crazy things to find work. Maybe if I could work for free I could prove myself and they don’t have to worry about losing money hiring and training and paying me. I’ve even images going to an interview and promising that if I get fired for bad performance I will start a gofundme campaign to pay back my wages.
