Uhhh I mean the best thing to keep in mind is the place, time and how you are approaching. Most women wouldn’t/ don’t care if you approached us. It also depends how old you are and what you are looking for

There are usually events for singles in your city where people are looking for a partner; usually lots of daytime options too

depends on type of girl and age but libraries, fun classes like pottery or cooking ones, big gyms, going out in general. college sports games, arcades, intramural co ed sports, etc
