hey girlies I haven’t been happy with my body pretty much my whole life and I really want to start working out for health benefits and my own person gains. how do you start and how do you stay motivated as someone who loses motivation easily?

Hey girl! I think i may be able to help. I'm someone who works out because it really helps my mental health. Honestly the best way to stay consistent is to find one method of movement you really enjoy and pencil it in your calendar like you would any other event. It doesn't have to be intense either, like I love outdoor walking and swimming. Try different things and find what works best for you and your body!

Just remember that exercising doesn’t only take place in the gym. You could take walks or go on hikes

As far as staying motivated, i honestly just get addicted to the feeling of how calm/relaxed my mind and body feel after a good workout.
