
I’m working on my anger too, n I’d recommend being aware n paying attention to what ur feeling. When u feel ur angry, recognize it and try ur best to control it. If yk you can’t control ur anger, remove urself from the situation or avoid interacting with anyone and take a second to decompress. Thats at least what im trying to do. Working on feelings is just consistent corrections, n over time it’ll become both easier n more natural
I get it. There r different ways to approach it, like making urself sit with ur anger n letting the feeling make its course, or finding an outlet that helps you relax. I believe exercising like running is a good way to somehow expel that energy. Also it really does feel like it’s out of control, but it will get easier. Even just a moment of recognizing ur anger can help you realize you need to take a step back
