I used crest whitening strips and they work pretty well. It just takes time and sticking to it

Buy one of the mouth trays that glow blue. Get one on eBay or AliExpress or something. Then get the hydrogen peroxide gel. Or a pen filled with the gel. Paint it on your teeth and put the tray in your mouth for like an hour.

Nah if anything you eat a girl out because it’s acidic nature has bleaching properties Also if you have the budget for it get the teeth whitening trays from the dentist
